For client projects:
All creative work (including designs, logos, photos, and brand assets) remains the property of Breeze Design Web Studio until full payment has been received. Once paid in full, clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for their business marketing and online presence. Raw design files (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma working files) are not included unless specified in writing.

Payments and Refunds

Project deposits and payments are non-refundable. Full payment is required before final deliverables are released. Payment plans may be available upon request. If you are unsatisfied with the initial draft or first concept, one re-design or revision round is included as stated in your package. Additional revisions or major scope changes will incur extra fees. We do not issue refunds once a project has started or digital work has been delivered.

Use of Final Deliverables

You are granted rights to use your final design, photography, and branding materials for personal or business marketing purposes. You may not sell, redistribute, or modify the work for resale or transfer without permission. We reserve the right to showcase completed work (including screenshots, visuals, and photos) in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

Photography Usage

Clients who book photography sessions with Breeze Design Web Studio receive usage rights for business, branding, or personal promotion. You may use your photos on your website, social media, and marketing materials, but you may not resell or submit them for commercial licensing without written consent. We reserve the right to use selected images from photoshoots in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Websites

While we strive to provide high-quality services, Breeze Design Web Studio is not responsible for:
Issues caused by third-party vendors, plugins, or platforms (such as Showit, Wix, WordPress, or printing errors). Loss of income, data, or reputation resulting from delays, technical failures, or misuse of our work. Our liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid for the project or service.
